Thames Valley Amateur Boxing Club was established in Newbury in 1956 and this year celebrates its 70th year.
The club welcomes both male and females from 9 to 40 years.
It helps build confidence and stamina for young people and also allows them to meet other young people and get involved in amateur boxing competition.
All whilst being coached by qualified coaches under England Boxing rules.
